User Commandments

Our commandments or house rules are provided for the benefit of everyone. They mostly involve being kind and following the law. We try to be fair and reasonable, but if you disagree, there are other places out there that may be better suited for you.

Thou Shalt:
Respect others and their content. Offensive, defamatory, abusive or content otherwise contrary to our terms of use can be reported to us at report@useraudio.com. All our legal requirements are provided.
Be creative with your content to share or sell. Include links to your site or business - we also like links back to useraudio.com!
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Sounds golden right?

Thou Shalt Not:
Upload content that is not yours or that you don’t have permission or legal rights to upload. Have questions, look at our General Copyright Information. If you repeatedly break this rule your account may be suspended or terminated. As we all know, “No infringement intended” means nothing, you either infringe someone’s copyright and trademark or you don’t. There are a number of ways to “accidentally” infringe someone’s copyrights and trademarks, learn about them and save yourself and us some headache.
Be a jerk, troll, spammer, or problem causer as a User. Inappropriate behavior, comments, or content will be dealt with by a stern talking to, time-out, account suspension, or account termination, not necessarily in that order.
Pretend to be someone else. Don’t use someone else’s name - even if done nicely or with good intentions.

Updates:
Our User Commandments may be updated periodically, so please check back now and then.

Sincerely,
Your UserAudio Hosts
